AMERICAN HEAD CHARGE To Hit The Road In April
February 28, 2007AMERICAN HEAD CHARGE bassist Chad Hanks has issued the following update:
"Just a few things to let you in on, more to be revealed... Touring for the promotion of 'Can't Stop the Machine' [DVD/CD package] is being worked on as I type (right, Kirby?!?),so the U.S. will be once again graced with our presence beginning early April, with a Minneapolis First Avenue DVD release party stuck firmly near the start... Europe, we still owe you one (right, Kirby?!?)... Keep an eye on our MySpace site for info on when we'll be on the 93X Morning Show, which I believe is the last Friday in March, 8 AM...We're also taking steps to flesh out our live lineup, so you'll be seeing another guitar player up there for the 'Machine' tour...if he sticks? We'll have to throw him against the wall to see... If all goes according to plan, for the 'Machine' tour we'll be hauling up some old dinosaur songs from the days of old, possibly a cover or two, and a few we almost never play...You guys and girls deserve something different, goddamnit, and I'm going to do my best to see that you receive said offerings... It is with this that I leave you... I think I just heard that it's medication time..."
A trailer for the upcoming AMERICAN HEAD CHARGE DVD, titled "Can't Stop the Machine", has been posted on the band's MySpace page. Also available at the same location are a couple of audio tracks from the accompanying CD.

It will also include all of the band's videos and a special tribute to late guitarist Bryan Daniel Ottoson. The CD will feature live recordings, remixes, and other unreleased material. The complete track listing will be released in the coming weeks.
AMERICAN HEAD CHARGE's sophomore album, "The Feeding", came out in February 2005.
